We are looking for an experienced refrigeration technician to join our installation and repair team. As a refrigeration technician, you will be responsible for processing and completing work orders, installing new refrigeration systems, troubleshooting mechanical failures, and performing equipment maintenance. You may also be required to advise on equipment upgrades and alternate cooling units.

To ensure success as a refrigeration technician, you should have advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, good mechanical skills, and excellent troubleshooting skills. Ultimately, a top-class refrigeration technician expertly installs, repairs, and maintains refrigeration equipment for a client with the least amount of down-time.

Refrigeration Technician Responsibilities:

  • Processing and completing work orders.
  • Contacting the client to ascertain their equipment needs.
  • Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, and sundries for the order.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Installing climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.
  • Observing and testing newly installed systems.
  • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors.
  • Informing clients of repair costs and alternate cooling options.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience as a refrigeration technician.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Braising and soldering skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to make sound decisions that impact the company from a financial standpoint
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related).
  • High level of ability to test, troubleshoot, service and repair vending equipment
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

HRI Vending, Inc. along with our new partner in Texas, is seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our energetic team. The exciting twist; we are seeking locations for the newest technology on the market.  All products are patented. The individual in this role would provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and nurture them through our purchase flow from start to finish. Candidates for this position should prioritize customer care, acquisition, and company profitability.  This position has part or full-time options, with benefits.  Mainly remote, however will require occasional face-to-face interaction with the Management and Sales team. Sales Professional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via phone and email
  • Schedule sales appointments and activities
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers

  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team

Sales Professional Requirements and Qualifications

    to ensure timely completion of calls, assist in coordinating warehouse functions to
    safeguard vending machine sales, delivery and set-up
  • Monitor progress of all current and pending calls and projects
  • Help train new employees in company procedures and policies
  • Professional, timely communication with all customers and HRI Inc., staff that will allow
    us to fulfill our mission of delivering a game changing customer experience
  • Conduct and coordinate preventative maintenance (PMs) service visits
  • Performs required equipment refurbishment duties as needed
  • Clear, concise jobsite documentation and instruction that provides insight to the customer and HRI, Inc., to facilitate timely closure of all service requests
  • Maintain company vehicle overall by having regular oil changes, tune-ups, etc. Keep
    vehicle clean inside and out, well organized and adequate parts and supplies. (Vehicles
    are only to be used for company business only)
  • Warehouse organization, overall cleanliness and safe for our staff and customers
  • Ensure all parts are ordered in a timely manner
  • All other projects and duties as assigned
  • Position may require a work week greater than 40 hours per week, depending on
    customer and company needs
