We are all facing desperate times finding employees. Let’s face it, the pool has dried up. Until people have the financial need, they will not work. My unfortunate prediction is we won’t see this change until spring of 2022. God help us all if the next flu strain shuts us down. Our international borders are already closing. I can offer you solutions. I developed a concept of employee sharing in many businesses, it works. I can also offer suggestions for funding.
